All sales on this website are final. Refunds are not issued for paintings, digital products, courses, eBooks, or memberships.

Physical Products (Paintings): I, Beth Anderson, doing business as HEALER OF THE MIND, do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If a painting is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly. I am not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues that occur during shipping or after delivery.

Online Courses, eBooks & Memberships: Access is provided through third-party platforms such as Patreon, Thinkific, etc. Any technical issues, account problems, billing or service inquiries must be addressed directly with those platforms and-or their billing systems used. I am not liable for platform errors, content access issues, or membership disputes.

Third-Party Payment Plans: If you use a third-party payment service (e.g., Klarna) and experience issues with payments, billing, or cancellations, you must contact the payment provider directly. I am not responsible for any payment plan issues.
